Smaller planes general information

Hardware--When we receive our smaller (meaning smaller than 50cc) planes we use some of the hardware that is supplied by the builder and then we supplement that with whatever is necessary to complete the plane. This can vary with the type of plane because different designs use different hardware. But you can be sure that what we supply with theplane will be good quality hardware that is up to the job and which has been tested thoroughly.

Complete packages--We offer our smaller planes with a complete package of accessories so that if you are just getting started in gas planes you don't need to do a lot of research to get a setup which will fly well and be reliable without costing too much.

On the 30cc plane we add 5 Hitec 5485HB digtal servos (90 oz. of torque), a Dave Brown aluminum spinner that's already cut for a large prop and drilled for a DLE-30 bolt pattern, and a 19-9 Bunny wood prop. On the 30cc Extra 260 and Edge 540 we also add 10 oz. Dubro gas tank and gas conversion stopper, tygo tubing, fuel dot and TEE, and Dubro wheels/axles/wheel collars. The Sbach and Yak already include the wheels/axles/collars and a good fuel tank, we do add Tygon tubing and the fuel dot and TEE.

With our electric planes' power kit we include a HD 3542-6 brushless outrunner motor, a 60 amp ESC with 5 amp BEC, 5 HD 1900A 20 oz. servos, a Dubro plastic spinner and an APC 12-6 E-prop.
